Does this reach into the plant floor?
It reads plant data where that is the source of truth and never writes toward control. The boundary is architectural and visible.
Every customer has different rules. Can one system cope?
That variability is the business case. The rules live as per-customer configuration with named owners, so a portal change is an edit, not an outage.
Can it help with launches specifically?
Launch tracking is assembly at scale, which is exactly what agents do well. The judgement calls in the readiness review stay with the program team.
How does the shift to software-defined vehicles change this?
It multiplies the documentation surface: software versions join part numbers in traceability, claims evidence and launch readiness. Assembly automation scales with that surface; manual tracking does not.
