What this site collects
There are exactly three ways this website collects personal information:
- The quote request form. Name, organisation, work email, phone (optional), and what you need quoted.
- Gated downloads. First name, last name, company, work email and phone, in exchange for the document. The HTML version of the same document is available without a form.
- The teaming enquiry. Name, organisation, email, phone, and the vehicle and scope you describe.
We do not ask for revenue, headcount, budget, or how you heard about us. Every extra field costs completions and none of those answers changes what we send back.
What we do with it
We reply to you, and we follow up once. Submitting a form does not enrol you in a newsletter or a nurture sequence, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Booking a call means using Microsoft Bookings, which collects your name, email and the time you chose in order to make the appointment. That is their processing as well as ours.
What we do not do
- No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site today. When measurement is added it will be behind a consent choice, and this statement will be updated before it goes live rather than after.
- We do not ask for sensitive information through web forms, no payment details, no government identifiers, no health information. Do not send them, and if you need to share something sensitive, ask us for a secure route.
- We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and download records are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, the contract record is retained for as long as the law requires for a federal contractor, which is longer.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to info@vsitechnologies.com. We will respond within 30 days and we will not require you to create an account or justify the request.
If you are in California, this includes the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the request route is the same address and we will confirm that in writing if you ask.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the same routes apply alongside your rights to restrict and object to processing, and to data portability.
Where the data sits
This site is hosted in the United States, in a US region pinned deliberately rather than left to a default, data residency is a procurement question for the buyers this site serves. Booking data is processed by Microsoft under their terms.
