The programme
VSI Technologies sends text (SMS) and WhatsApp messages for three purposes only: replies to an enquiry you started, scheduling, confirmations, reminders and rescheduling for consultations and assessments you booked, and service messages on engagements you have with us. We do not send marketing blasts by text, and consenting to messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Messages come from, and can be sent to, our one published number: 1-877-222-2369.
Consent
You receive messages because you gave us your mobile number and asked for something that needs a reply, a booking, a quote, a question through the site or by phone. Message frequency varies with that activity: a booked consultation generates a confirmation and a reminder; a quiet account generates nothing.
Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping, and getting help
- Reply STOP at any time to end messages. You will receive one final confirmation that you are opted out, and nothing further.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or write to info@vsitechnologies.com.
- On WhatsApp, blocking the number or replying STOP has the same effect.
Opting out of messages never affects your engagement or your place in a queue, it only changes the channel we reach you on.
Your data
Your number and message history are used to hold the conversation and for nothing else. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or consent data with third parties for their marketing. The privacy statement covers the rest.
