These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not create a services relationship, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.
Accuracy of information
Information on this site is published in good faith and, where it concerns VSI's registration, credentials or performance, from a substantiation record. Values that have not been substantiated are not displayed at all rather than displayed provisionally, which is why some sections of this site are visibly incomplete.
Nonetheless, information here may become out of date, registrations lapse, partner tiers change annually, and codes get added. For anything you intend to rely on in a procurement decision, ask us to confirm it in writing. We will.
No commitment implied
Descriptions of timeframes, methods and outcomes on this site are descriptions of how VSI works, not commitments. Any commitment, including anything about a deployment timeline or a support response, exists only where it is written into a signed agreement.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to VSI Technologies or its licensors. Third-party marks appearing on this site remain the property of their owners and are used to identify the platforms VSI works with, not to imply endorsement.
Photography and video on this site is licensed. Each asset is recorded in a licence register with its vendor and licence reference, and assets that cannot be evidenced are not published.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt this site, access it other than through its published interface, or use automated means to submit its forms. Legitimate crawlers are welcome and robots.txt sets out what is open to them.
Links out
This site links to the other VSI properties and to third-party services including Microsoft Bookings. Those are governed by their own terms, and linking to a service is not an endorsement of it.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one at this address, and material changes will be dated here.
