How every engagement starts
Whichever capability you begin with, the shape is the same, and the first phase is priced so you can stop after it.
Fixed-price, separately purchasable, and genuinely stoppable. You come out with a plan and a costed position that is useful to another supplier if you take the work elsewhere.
What we found, what we recommend, and what we would not do. Including, sometimes, that the honest answer is a product purchase or your incumbent rather than an engagement with us.
Named explicitly in every plan, access, a person who knows what the legacy systems do, a decision-maker. A timeline with no client obligations in it is a timeline that slips.
Each one usable rather than a single delivery at the end. It is how the work survives a funding calendar, and it is how additions get weighed against something real.
Every capability page carries the same nine blocks in the same order, including a section naming the buyer who should not hire us for it. That is deliberate: a template means the capability that looks weaker on a given block is genuinely weaker on it, rather than better written.
